A Second Chance to See
After years of clouded vision, a subsidised cataract surgery gave one grandmother her independence back.
Founded by Mr. Isaac Raphael Belilios in memory of his wife Rebecca Belilios, Rebecca Belilious Charitable Dispensary continues its mission of compassionate healthcare for all. Revived and transformed by Samaritan Help Mission in 2014, it now serves thousands of patients in the slum communities of Tikiapara and Howrah every year.

Always here when you need us most
From a 19th-century charitable dispensary to a modern multispeciality hospital.

The property is entrusted to Samaritan Help Mission by the Belilios Trust Estate, opening a new chapter for the hospital.
A once-dilapidated structure is transformed, step by step, into a modern charitable hospital equipped for today's patients.
We provide affordable and charitable healthcare to the people of Tikiapara and Howrah, with dignity extended to every patient who walks through our doors.
